Billy
Joel, Barry Manilow, and Elton John have been the piano influences for
S. Frank Stringham. Following in their footsteps, S. Frank plays
the piano and sings at the same time.
Mr. Stringham has the ability of being able to look at some music
(or chords) and improvise a fabulous composition that sounds like
something you might hear on the radio.
S. has worked in many piano venues:
Comedy clubs, where he makes
'em laugh with his humorous songs and musical mayhem!!
Weddings need that "I
Love You" kind of feel with ballads and love songs...S.'s
specialty!!
Lounges: What do you need,
soft background music, dueling pianos, play with a jazz band?
You got it!!
Funerals also have a certain feel to them...do you have
someone who needs some accompaniment?
Private parties often need
that "pianist-in-the-background" sound...Bar Mitzvah's,
celebrity parties, etc.
Conventions come alive with
creative ideas to attract the victims...er, the customers...the
piano work brings them in!!
Special Attractions...for
example: When the movie "Great Balls Of Fire" came out,
the theater rented a grand piano and put it in the lobby of the
theater. They then had S. Frank play Jerry Lee Lewis music
all night. |
